Yahalom Pro — Terms of Service

1. General

These terms govern the use of yahalompro.com and the Yahalom Pro application (the "Service") operated by Yahalom Pro (יהלום פרו). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

The Service is provided as a subscription (SaaS). The modules, number of users and subscription price are set by the selected plan, as detailed in the service agreement or pricing page.

3. Accounts and sign-in

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred. Signing in with Google is also subject to Google's terms of service.

4. Your data

Business data entered into the Service belongs to the subscribing business. We process it only to provide the Service and allow export at any time. After termination we retain data for a reasonable period to allow export, then delete it subject to legal retention duties.

5. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but scheduled maintenance or events outside our control may cause interruptions. Support is available on business days through the channels published on the site.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service, its design and the site content are reserved to Yahalom Pro. No copying, reproduction or commercial use of the content is permitted without written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on data entered by users. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the event.

8. Cancellation

A subscription may be cancelled at any time by written notice; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless agreed otherwise.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.
