Yahalom Pro — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Yahalom Pro (יהלום פרו) operates the yahalompro.com website and the Yahalom Pro business-management (ERP) application for jewelry stores, chains and factories (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have. Contact: support@yahalompro.com.

2. Data we collect

Account and sign-in data: your name, email address, phone number and business name, as provided when you register, contact us, or sign in with a third-party identity provider.

Business data you enter in the application while using the Service (inventory, customers, sales, documents, payments). This data belongs to the business using the Service and is processed only on its behalf.

Technical usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookies strictly required to operate the site and keep you signed in.

3. Google user data (Sign in with Google)

If you choose "Sign in with Google", Google redirects you to its own consent screen. We request only basic profile scopes: your name, email address and profile picture (openid, email, profile). We do not request or access your Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Drive, or any other Google data.

How we use it: solely to create and authenticate your Yahalom Pro account, display your name in the application, and contact you about your account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Storage and sharing: your name and email are stored in our account database on secure cloud infrastructure. They are not shared with third parties except the service providers that host and operate the Service on our behalf, and only as necessary to provide it.

Limited Use: our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions), or ask us to delete your account data.

4. How we use data

To provide secure sign-in and operate the Service, provide support, bill subscriptions, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations. We send marketing communications only with consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Sharing with third parties

Data is stored with cloud infrastructure providers and processed by service providers acting for us (hosting, payment processing, messaging), only to the extent needed to deliver the Service. We do not sell personal data. We disclose data to authorities only where required by law.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), access to data is restricted by role-based permissions, and actions in the application are logged. We never store full payment-card numbers; payments are processed by a licensed payment processor.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep personal data while the account is active and afterwards only as required by law (for example accounting records). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — including data received from Google — by emailing support@yahalompro.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for operation and sign-in, and anonymous analytics cookies to improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may then not work.
